Chicago hip hop artist Misfit kicks it hard and real on his latest single “Money Talk.” The track is from his upcoming EP The Unchosen Ones, which is slated to drop in July 2020. The beat is built around a smooth classical guitar loop with minimal drums and does an excellent job keeping listeners focused on Misfit’s bars, which are inspiring and articulate. His flows here match the languid energy of the beat and his choice to stay in the pocket in such a way does a lot to let the truth of his lyrics come through.
